Nidheesh is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in software development, system design, and implementation. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and has served in various roles, including Programmer, Team Leader, and Manager.

With more than 20 years of experience in developing enterprise software across multiple industries — including financial services, insurance, DNFBP sectors — Nidheesh possesses strong domain expertise in compliance, accounting, and financial core systems. He has extensive technical proficiency at both the application and database levels, covering design, development, optimization, and performance tuning. His career spans the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, system architecture, implementation, and post-implementation support.

At Crowe UAE, Nidheesh leads technology initiatives for the firm’s technology division, focusing on delivering robust, scalable, and innovative Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
