Syed Moiz Ghazal is a seasoned audit leader with over thirteen years of experience supporting public and private sector clients across diverse industries and geographies. A qualified Accountant and member of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Karachi University.

Syed Moiz Ghazal specializes in external audit, internal audit, financial reporting, and internal control assessments. He has successfully led complex audit engagements across multinational corporations, government organizations, DFSA (Dubai Financial Services Authority) regulated entities within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and large regional business groups, ensuring adherence to International Standards on Auditing, IFRS, and applicable regulatory frameworks. His experience with DFSA-regulated clients includes financial institutions, asset management firms, and advisory service providers, where he ensured compliance with DFSA rulebooks, governance expectations, and prudential reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Crowe UAE, Syed Moiz Ghazal progressed to a Senior Auditor role within a Big Four firm, where he led audit teams, managed statutory and regulatory audit engagements, and strengthened financial reporting and internal control environments for regional and multinational clients.
