Mohammed Etout is an experienced project management and advisory professional with more than 15 years of experience across infrastructure, public-private partnerships, capital projects, construction, utilities, waste management and real estate development. He is a certified Project Management Professional and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, together with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
He has extensive experience supporting government entities, project sponsors and private-sector organizations in the planning, procurement and delivery of complex capital programmes. His expertise includes PPP transaction management, project governance, feasibility and investment reviews, procurement strategy, contract administration, project controls, risk management, commercial assessment and independent project assurance. He has worked across major infrastructure and development projects in the UAE, including wastewater facilities, strategic utility networks, industrial developments, logistics facilities, healthcare projects, leisure destinations and high-profile real estate developments.
Before joining Crowe, Mohammed held project management, contracts and advisory positions with KPMG Lower Gulf, Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company and leading project delivery organizations in the UAE. His experience includes managing a municipal services contract valued at approximately USD 300 million, reviewing capital projects exceeding USD 300 million and supporting the development and implementation of a major wastewater PPP in Ras Al Khaimah. He is committed to helping clients establish effective governance frameworks, manage commercial and delivery risks and achieve sustainable value throughout the project lifecycle.
