Mishel Frederena

Mishel Ann Frederena is a Chartered Accountant from India and an Associate Member of CPA Australia with 10 years of experience in audit, assurance, and financial reporting, including significant experience in the UAE. She is currently an Audit Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice, managing a diverse portfolio of listed entities, public sector organisations, and large private sector clients across free zones and mainland entities in the UAE.

She specialises in IFRS-based financial statement audits, internal control reviews, risk-based audit planning and execution, and client relationship management. Her professional experience spans both listed and unlisted entities, from SMEs and start-ups to multinational companies across sectors including professional services, manufacturing, real estate, construction, shipping and logistics, and family-owned businesses. Prior to joining Crowe UAE, she worked with established audit firms in India, gaining broad exposure across diverse assurance engagements. She is recognised for her practical approach, technical depth, and commitment to delivering high-quality audit services.
