Mazen Hawwa is a seasoned IT and technical management consultant with a robust background in e-transformation and customer happiness initiatives. His experience as an E-transformation Consultant involves contributing to various government transformation projects, notably for Dubai and Ajman governments.

Today Mazen specializes in Business Process and Policy Development as well as the development of Agentic AI Solutions.

With experience as an Engineering Manager and K-12 education Data Analyst, he demonstrates proficiency in managing software development teams and analysing complex data sets.

Mazen is a Certified Data Scientist and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.
