Dilip is a seasoned audit and quality management professional bringing 19 years of experience in Audit and Assurance and Quality Management

For the past 6 years, Dilip has been contributing significantly to Crowe UAE in the Quality Management function and currently serves as Quality Management Director, with operational responsibility for the Firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM) in accordance with ISQM 1 & 2. In this role, he:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Quality Management.
  • Leads the Firm’s quality agenda and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthens Firm’s Quality Management framework
  • Oversees Firm’s compliance with the client and engagement acceptance and continuance procedures
  • Handles technical consultations across engagements on professional standards, independence, and ethical requirements.
  • Drives development and implementation of policies, templates, guidance and tools to strengthen consistent engagement execution.
  • Oversees the Firm’s training function, delivering programs on the IESBA Code of Ethics, Quality Management Standards, and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
  • Manages internal and external quality assurance reviews, including preparation and support for regulatory inspections.
  • Conducts monitoring and remediation activities under ISQM 1.

Dilip has previously worked for 13 years with a Big 4 firm in India where he led and managed complex audit engagements across multiple industries such as manufacturing, power, and diversified sectors. His experience also includes performing Engagement Quality Reviews for listed entities in India and Mauritius, demonstrating strong technical expertise and regulatory knowledge.
