His professional journey includes a notable tenure of more than two years at the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) as a Senior Auditor in the Compliance & Enforcement Department, where he was actively involved in conducting tax audits, reviewing refund claims, overseeing deregistration processes, and participating in ad-hoc regulatory projects. Deepak’s core competencies include GST/VAT and Excise Tax advisory and compliance, with hands-on experience in Malaysia’s GST and UAE VAT regimes. He has represented clients during tax audits and possesses a strong capability in data analytics using tools like Tableau.
