He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Project Management Professional. Before joining Crowe, he held senior leadership roles within multinational organisations, leading teams across five continents. He has designed and deployed operating models in complex, multicultural environments while staying at the leading edge of digital transformation and technology adoption. His approach places people engagement and capability building at the core, ensuring that new technologies and ways of working deliver sustainable, step change results.
