Amrita Tejwani is a Chartered Accountant and strategic operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, finance, and professional services. She currently serves as Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Operations at Crowe UAE's India Capability Center, where she leads corporate service provider operations alongside the end-to-end transformation of the delivery ecosystem, aligning processes with Crowe UAE's global quality and delivery standards.

Amrita designs standardized SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and risk control. She has built a robust backend delivery engine enabling client-facing teams to focus on high-value advisory, audit, tax, and consulting work, while driving capability-building, workforce planning, MIS and KPI dashboards, and profitability initiatives in close partnership with UAE leadership.

Before Crowe, Amrita spent over Eight plus years leading greenfield and expansion hospital projects as Deputy General Manager, overseeing infrastructure planning, procurement, OT design, regulatory approvals, and clinical workflow optimization.

A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and a Master of Commerce, Amrita combines financial rigor with operational excellence to turn strategy into measurable results.
