To uphold these values, we have policies in place to prevent discrimination and harassment, ensuring a safe and supportive workspace for everyone. We also celebrate cultural diversity and raise awareness through various initiatives. As a Level 2 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) company, we actively support transformation by ensuring fair representation of historically disadvantaged individuals at all levels of the business.

As part of our commitment to professional growth, we invest in training, mentorship, and education programs for all employees. We also partner with Skills Panda, a black-owned youth development agency that connects top young talent with career opportunities. Through this partnership, we offer learnership programs to support skills development and career advancement.

  • Hosting cultural awareness events and celebrations which reinforces a culture of belonging (e.g., Heritage Day, Women’s Month).

  • Providing parental leave policies that support both mothers and fathers.
  • Offering mental health and wellness support for employee well-being.
