Introducing Mailock
Keeping your information secure
At Crowe Financial Planning, keeping your personal information safe and secure is one of our top priorities.
To enhance the security of our email communications, we have introduced Mailock by Beyond Encryption, a secure email system that helps us to protect any sensitive data we share with you.
What does this mean for you?
When you receive a secure email from us, it will be sent directly from the email address of the relevant member of the Crowe Financial Planning team not via a third party. You will be able to open and read it easily.
In some cases, you may be asked to verify your identity with a simple question or a code sent to you. This helps make sure that only you can view the information we have sent. In the event that you have not received your verification email please do check your ‘junk’ folder.
Replying is just as simple
Need to respond to a secure email? You can reply securely right from your web browser, no account setup needed. It is quick, easy, and importantly keeps your information just as safe on the way back to us.
Key features of Mailock
- Secure email communication: All emails sent from us will be encrypted, safeguarding your personal and financial information.
- Secure responses: You can respond to our secure emails, ensuring that your replies are also protected.
- Optional Mailock account: Should you wish, you can create a Mailock account. This will allow you to send 5 secure emails per month to any recipient, not just to Crowe Financial Planning.

To support our implementation of Mailock we have added support pages to the Client Portal section of our website to provide further guidance on:
- how to set up your free Mailock account
- how to add a safe sender to your email account.

We feel this added layer of security provided by Mailock will significantly improve the confidentiality of our communications and help protect your data from unauthorised access.
