Best Financial Advisers to work for 2024

Crowe FPUK has been recently named as one of the 2024 Best Financial Advisers to Work For. The awards programme began in 2017 and is promoted by Professional Adviser in partnership with Best Companies Group.

This was the first time that we entered this industry-wide survey and awards programme which was designed to identify, recognise, and honour the best places of employment in the financial advice industry. 

Companies from across the industry entered the two-part process to determine the Best Financial Advisers to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation and consisted of 77 statements that employees were asked to respond to.

We were thrilled to find out that Crowe FPUK was named as one of just 24 companies to achieve this award as well as finding out that we exceeded their rigorous benchmark standards in each of the eight categories as well the survey average overall score.

The team has been recognised as one of the top recommended advisors in the 2023 Chambers High Net Worth Guide. The guide, specifically aimed at the mobile high net worth private wealth market, provides information and reference material for wealthy individuals looking for professional advice and recognises those firms which excel in providing these services. We are delighted that the efforts of our entire team to consistently deliver high quality advice and service to our clients were recognised by this award. This is the fifth consecutive year that Crowe FPUK has been included within this guide.
