Our Sustainability Report 2026 brings this commitment to life. It highlights the progress we made during FY2026, (from April 2025 to March 2026) across three strategic themes and sets out the ambitions, targets and action plans guiding our next steps. It reflects both how far we have come and our determination to create meaningful, measurable change for our clients, our people, our communities and the environment.

Our Sustainability programme focuses on four key areas:

Understanding and reducing our environmental impacts and promoting business practices that align with applicable environmental regulations and legislation.

Building a truly inclusive community where everyone is valued, respected, given the chance to thrive, and empowered to realise their full potential.
Social Mobility
Creating a fairer future where everyone can progress in their career through talent, ambition and ability, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Communities
Caring about our communities, helping them to thrive, we actively invest our time and generously share our skills and talents to make a lasting difference.

Environmental and Net Zero commitments
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by 193 countries in 2015, are the world’s shared plan to end extreme poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the planet by 2030. At Crowe UK, while some of these are not directly applicable, we aim to align with the most relevant SDGs where we can make the most impact.
Taking positive steps for the future
We recognise that being a responsible business is key to our success and our future. We are making progress on our sustainability journey, improving year on year, working closely with our people, clients, suppliers and our communities.
