Project: "Tax Administration Reform"
"Crowe - ACG" in partnership with Center
of Sociological Researches "Zerkalo", funded by the World Bank, with
the support of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of
Tajikistan, starting from 2015 to the current period are engaged in the
implementation of the project on reforming of the tax administration.
The project is aimed at obtaining of an assessment of
the taxpayers’ perception of changes in the tax administration of the Republic
of Tajikistan in accordance with acting legislation of the Republic of
Tajikistan, as well as providing of services to the taxpayers by tax
authorities.
In September 2017, Crowe - ACG successfully
conducted a presentation on the results of the research, analysis and
processing of the surveys.
As a result of the evaluation of analytical studies,
the Crowe - ACG Consortium and the Center of Sociological Researches “Zerkalo”
develop recommendations to improve the quality of service and make positive changes
in communications between the Tax Committee and the taxpayers.
