Unleashing Potential for Change
To develop the kind of change leaders we’ll need for the future, Crowe Global is pleased to present the 2025 Leadership Academy, in Porto, Portugal 8–10 September — a customized professional development program for the next generation of leaders across our network.

Facilitated by global consulting and training firm 18 Coffees, the Leadership Academy will empower future leaders as they prepare to support transformation within their respective firms. This programmatic approach will foster intentional cross-border collaboration with peers, and prepare future firm leaders to drive strategic change.

“Level II: From Partners to Pioneers” is designed for partner-level leaders who are responsible for driving strategic initiatives within their respective firms or have leading roles within their firms. Senior leaders preparing to implement change, who are interested in growth opportunities, and are looking to strengthen cross-border connections with peers in the Crowe Global network are strongly encouraged to attend.

By attending the 2025 Leadership Academy, Level II cohort participants will come away with:
