Associate Partner at Crowe Advisory PT, Luís Silva was a co-founder of Focus2Comply, the first boutique consultancy services for GRC-Governance, Risk & Compliance in Information Security in Portugal 10 years ago, and previously a partner and founder of ICT consultancy firms, focused on specialized Consulting and Engineering services, in the planning and technological consolidation of data network infrastructures and security.
Luís Silva also participated in mergers of ICT companies and managed ICT services. Over the past 25 years, Luís Silva has been involved in infrastructure projects (IP core), information security management, digital operational resilience, risk management, standards, and regulatory compliance, in both the public and private sectors.
Luís Silva studied Energy and Power Systems Engineering at ISEL. Luís Silva also completed an Executive Marketing program and an Executive Management program at UCP/FCEE.
Luís Silva is an advisor for the Digital Economy of AERLIS and a member of the Strategic Commission for the Digital Economy at CIP.
