Our Corporate Finance team, through a close relationship with the other international Crowe teams, advises managers, entrepreneurs, investors, venture capital and companies on the structuring of plans, strategies and approaches to assess and define how to achieve the strategic objectives defined.

We are especially geared towards responding to challenges and objectives related to evaluation and support for decisions that involve mergers and acquisitions, sales, raising capital, redefinition of strategies and financial optimisation.

In order to achieve these objectives, we make use of our own methodologies, tailored to each partner, situation, industry and objective, the premise always being to ensure a high standard of quality in technical analysis, clarity in presentation and support for the hypotheses and solutions presented.

In order to support the analyses and options to be presented to our clients, in addition to internal, national and international support, we work in partnership with the banking system, venture capital companies, private equity funds and national and international business angel networks, thus ensuring a full and appropriate response to the specific characteristics of each operation presented by clients.
