Kacper has been with the organization for 3.5 years, during which he has made a significant contribution to the development of audit services and the enhancement of work quality. He is recognized as a dedicated, responsible professional with a strong understanding of client needs.
With over 10 years of experience in audit, Kacper’s expertise spans both audit procedures and internal control reviews. He specializes in auditing and reviewing individual and consolidated financial statements, as well as verifying consolidation packages. He is also an expert in providing other assurance services, such as pro forma reviews, comfort letters, and agreed-upon procedures. Kacper supports clients in IFRS/IAS compliance and financial reporting requirements.
In his new role, Kacper will be responsible for the continued development of the Audit area, the team, and the efficiency of project delivery, aligning with the strategic focus on strengthening service quality for our clients.
At the same time, Monika Byczyńska remains in the Audit Department in a key role as Partner, responsible for quality and engagement oversight.
