Milena Kowalik-Szeruga promoted to Head of Consulting at Crowe Poland.
We are pleased to announce that Milena Kowalik‑Szeruga has assumed the position of Director of Consulting at Crowe Poland. She has been with the firm for the past two years, bringing extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary projects as well as deep expertise in ESG and sustainable development.

Previously, she was primarily associated with the construction industry, where she developed strong competencies in design, project management, and the implementation of sustainable technological solutions.

Milena Kowalik‑Szeruga has led over 200 ESG and sustainability projects that have tangibly increased business efficiency, stakeholder trust, and the long‑term value of organizations. Her work focuses on integrating ESG strategies with business objectives, implementing innovation, risk management, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Her key competencies include:

  • designing ESG and sustainability strategies with measurable ROI,
  • leading reporting and regulatory compliance programs (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, TNFD, EU Taxonomy),
  • transforming sustainability from a regulatory obligation into a strategic business advantage.

In her new role, Milena Kowalik‑Szeruga will lead the ESG, Business Consulting, and Security Consulting teams, as well as drive the development of innovative business solutions.

Milena is a graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology (MSc in Environmental Engineering) and the University of Life Sciences (Engineer in Safety Engineering), and she is also an experienced auditor. She holds certificates in Oxford AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance as well as ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
