Jacek Skowroński joins Crowe Poland as HR Director

Jacek brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience gained in international technology, digital and business services companies. He specializes in organizational transformation, business scaling, HR operating model design, and the integration of teams and processes across multiple countries.

At Crowe, Jacek will lead the continued development of the HR function and support leaders and employees as the organization grows. His priorities will include developing skills and talent, strengthening collaboration between teams in all three countries, and introducing consistent HR solutions aligned with the firm’s business objectives.

We are entering the next stage of Crowe’s development. We are expanding our services, investing in technology and improving our processes, but our people remain the foundation of our growth.
