Coronavirus - reporting obligation postponed

Under the adopted package of anti-crisis acts, the Minister of Finance, by way of a regulation issued on 31 March 2020 and in connection with the declaration of the state of the epidemic, has set a new deadline for drawing up annual financial statements submitted by non-public enterprises.

Reporting deadline has been postponed from 31 March 2020 to 30 June 2020.

The entry into force of the regulation of the Minister of Finance also postpones the deadline for approval of the financial statements to 30 September 2020.

The exception are pension and investment funds, for which the reporting obligation has been deferred by 2 months.

For the public finance sector entities, the deadlines for drafting and submitting reports for Q1 2020 have been extended by 23 or 30 days respectively.
