The new VAT regulations on international trade came into force in Poland on 1 July 2020. What changes has this amendment introduced for taxpayers?

The new regulations introduced new requirements, among others, concerning the application of 0% rate to intra-Community supply of goods (ICS). Moreover, the rules for determining the place of VAT taxation in chain supplies within the European Union and the rules concerning the call-off stock procedure have also been amended.

During thie webinar our experts discussed the most important changes in VAT regulations for the companies operating in the field of international trade in goods.
