The Onboarding process has been designed with these professional and personal needs in mind.   • Provide a comprehensive overview of the firm and how all team members contribute to serve clients.
  • Describe Crowe's vision, purpose, value proposition and shared values and how these direct leadership, management and individual activities.

  • Describe Crowe’s Policies and Procedures and where they can be found on the internal website.
  • Define Independence and risk management as it relates to Crowe's business.
  • List at least three ways in which professionalism is articulated at Crowe.
  • Recognize Crowe’s commitment to providing a professional, mutually respectful workplace and business environments free from unlawful bias and, in particular, racial or sexual harassment/discrimination.

  • Navigate InCrowe home page.
  • Recognize Concur as the firm's recommended tool for booking travel.
  • Introduce Crowe’s IS technology tools and platforms as they relate to general operations (InCrowe, Outlook, Lotus Notes, IS Help).
  • Record time and travel into Crowe’s time and attendance software (DTE).
