Onboarding at Crowe has been designed with a blended approach in mind. What this means is that your training and learning experiences will be delivered through a variety of media. You will be participating in live training conducted in your local office, as well as virtual sessions that will be conducted via your computer. Additionally, some materials will be provided through self-study or just-in-time modules as you need the information. We believe this combination of activities will enable you to very quickly become productive, effective, and mobile contributors to the firm.
A seasoned Crowe team member will be there to help support you throughout your onboarding experience. A printed copy of the orientation agenda will be provided upon your arrival.
