Flexible benefit plans

The firm has a cafeteria benefits plan called the flexible benefit plan. It includes your choice of three medical plan options, a dental plan, and a vision plan. Medical, dental, or vision coverage is effective on your start date with the firm. There are no pre-existing conditions attached to this plan eliminating concerns regarding coverage. All medical, dental, and vision plan premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction. Short and Long term disability and an Employee Assistance Program are additional benefits available to our staff.

The firm also offers flexible spending accounts for dependent care and unreimbursed medical expenses. You will be eligible for these benefits effective with your start date.

Retirement savings plan

The firm offers both a traditional pre-tax 401(k) retirement savings plan and a Roth 401(k) retirement savings plan managed by The Vanguard Group, one of the nation's most successful mutual fund managers.

Paid time off

Crowe is pleased to provide a generous paid time off (PTO) plan that accommodates staff members' various work/life balance needs. PTO provides you with paid time off when time away from work is needed, regardless of the reason.

Holidays

The firm recognizes the following paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Additionally, you will be eligible for two "floating" holidays after the April 1, following your start date. These holidays can be used at any time during the year, schedule permitting, and should be taken as two whole days.
