Crowe University 

Moving beyond the mindset of learning as traditional, instructor-led classroom training, Crowe University looks for fresh ways to deliver solutions that make learning more engaging, relevant, and convenient for you. Through a “university” structure, you can enjoy learning opportunities customized to your role with the firm. 

Performance management

Our approach to performance management is designed for meaningful conversations and goal setting. Each person at the firm meets regularly with a career coach to receive ongoing feedback. We discuss career goals, learning plans, work-life balance, and other topics important to career success. With the support of your coach, you can develop both personally and professionally at Crowe. 

Business resource groups

You can participate in any of our nine business resource groups (BRGs) – African American, Asian, Latino, Pride, Young Professionals, Women Leading @ Crowe, Diverse Abilities, Caregivers, and Military, Veterans, and Allies – which are open to everyone at the firm. BRGs promote diversity and provide forums for networking, mentoring, and sharing support. 

Peer liaisons 

From day one, your peer liaison will help you build connections at the firm and be a helpful resource for questions.
