Murtaza Lukmanji is a the Director of the Information Technology team at Crowe Soberman. Murtaza is an innovative and driven IT professional with over 12 years of experience. He has extensive experience in engineering, administration and support of Information Technology systems.

Through his experience, Murtaza has gained the ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure success. He has a track record for diagnosing complex problems while consistently delivering effective solutions. Murtaza supports partners, staff and clients at Crowe Soberman.

In his current role, Murtaza leads the IT functions and strategizes the technology at the firm. He also ensures that IT supports and facilitates the delivery of client work through user-focused, efficient and cost-effective technology. Murtaza is engaged in providing input to performance evaluations, coaching and counselling on a daily basis.

In 2014, Murtaza was awarded with the Crowe Soberman Emotional Agility Superstar award recognizing staff for their hard work and diligence. Outside of the office, Murtaza enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports and home renovations.
