Jordan Glazier

Jordan Glazier joined Crowe Soberman in 2018. As the partner-in-charge of Professional Practice at the firm, Jordan ensures that the highest standards are met on each job for every client.

Jordan has extensive knowledge of Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises, International Financial Reporting Standards and Canadian Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations. Jordan has helped various clients successfully transition to each of these financial reporting frameworks.

Prior to joining Crowe Soberman, Jordan worked for a Big 4 professional services firm as a Senior Manager. He began his career in 2006 providing audit and accounting services to both private and public companies. He served a broad range of clients across a variety of industries including manufacturing, real estate, health care, not-for-profit, retail and professional services.

In his current role, Jordan is responsible for setting and monitoring the Accounting and Assurance standards at the firm as well as executing quality control reviews of files and financial statements. He also monitors the firm’s policies and procedures in other areas including independence, conflict of interest and client acceptance.

By applying his expertise in audit and accounting, Jordan is able to provide value to his stakeholders by assisting in the resolution of complex issues. He has experience responding to queries regarding audit, review, and compilation engagements, and providing accounting and assurance assistance to engagement teams.

Jordan is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario where he is an active member. He has previously presented at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario’s Conference for Controllers and was a member of the CPA Canada Joint Arrangements and Consolidations Guidance Task Force (ASPE).
