Jordan Caplan

Jordan Caplan is a partner in the Audit & Advisory Group at Crowe Soberman. Jordan serves as the International Liaison Partner to Crowe Global, the international accounting body of which Crowe Soberman is a member. Jordan is also a member of the SuRE Services for Family Businesses Group, which provides succession, retirement and estate planning services.

Jordan is regarded by his clients as a trusted advisor and business confidant with a proven record of producing results. Jordan takes a personal interest in the wellbeing of his clients, who range from start-ups to high net-worth individuals to owner-managed and family run businesses to international organizations in multiple jurisdictions. He enjoys working with his clientele to help them achieve their goals.

In addition to accounting and tax, Jordan provides service and advice in the following areas: auditing, business and management advisory, acquisition and sale of business, cash flows and analysis, personal, corporate and trust tax planning and tax compliance, as well as transition, succession and estate planning.

Jordan has extensive experience working with clients in different industries including automobile dealerships, real estate, manufacturing and distribution sectors, Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) and the service sector. His experience also includes both domestic and international clients.

Jordan is involved in the volunteer community and currently sits on the Professional Advisory Committee for the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto and previously on the Board of Trustees. Jordan was honoured as the recipient of the 2014 PAC Award of Excellence for his work on the committee. Jordan previously served as the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Oakdale Golf and Country Club and sat on the Board of Directors as well as the Audit Committee.
