Jonathan Breido joined Crowe Soberman’s Audit & Advisory Group as partner in 2015. He came to Crowe Soberman from one of the largest professional services firms and brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked for over 15 years in public accounting serving both private and public companies. Jonathan was also named a winner of the prestigious M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award (Top 40 Under 40) in 2017.

Jonathan advises and supports clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, food and beverage, and professional services. He also has a special focus on the technology industry.

Jonathan’s engagements range from audit, reviews and compilations, to cash-flow analysis and projections. He also assists clients through the due diligence process, evaluating potential acquisitions and the related financial data and systems as well as advising and assisting through full or partial divestitures.
