Hans Rizarri joined Crowe Soberman in 1997 and is a partner in the Corporate Recovery & Turnaround Group. He is also the president of Crowe Soberman Inc.

Hans provides services in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, finance, distribution, real estate and retail. He assists creditors, lenders and debtors through the complexities of insolvency proceedings.

Hans provides consulting services to secured creditors regarding their enforcement rights and maximizing recovery. Hans’ practice focuses, in large part, on commercial restructuring, formal and informal corporate reorganizations, enforcement of security and unsecured creditor remedies.

He also consults on shareholder and stakeholder disputes, as well as landlord-tenant matters, providing litigation support and risk management services. Hans takes great satisfaction in knowing that he can help clients through the difficulties they are facing.

Hans regularly speaks at seminars on various insolvency, accounting and law related topics. He enjoys contributing to the community and mentors students through the CIRP Qualification Program (CQP).
