Allison is a Partner in the Tax Group at Crowe Soberman. Prior to joining Crowe Soberman in 2022, Allison practiced corporate tax at a large public accounting firm advising domestic and international clients of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters relevant to their businesses.

Allison works closely with clients to address complex tax matters and provides strategies that enhance business value. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service and takes pride in mentoring colleagues to support their professional growth.

Allison’s practice encompasses a broad range of tax areas, with a particular emphasis on international cross-border transactions for enterprises expanding into Canada. She also advises on personal and corporate tax planning and compliance, partnership reorganizations, as well as estate and succession planning.
