Adrianne Markell is a Partner in the Valuations | Forensics | Litigation (VFL) team at Crowe Soberman. Adrianne joined the firm in 2015 and has experience in business valuations, shareholder disputes, economic loss quantification, and financial reporting.
In her current role, Adrianne specializes in the preparation of expert reports for the quantification of personal and commercial loss claims as well as litigation support.
She conducts business valuations for a wide array of engagements, examples of which include transactions, restructuring/tax planning, financial reporting, family law, and oppression remedies.
Adrianne also has practical experience in resolving disputes involving the value of business interests, tracing of assets and propriety of transactions, as well as dependency and support claims.
Outside of the office, Adrianne teaches an Advanced Loss Quantification course (specifically related to intellectual property damages) for the Master of Forensic Accounting Program at the University of Toronto.
