Crowe BGK is pleased to announce that Aaron J. Noga, CPA, CA, has been admitted to the partnership as Partner and Assurance Leader, further strengthening the firm's leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional assurance and advisory services to clients across Canada.

Aaron brings nearly 30 years of experience advising private companies, family-owned businesses, boards of directors, and senior executives on assurance, governance, risk management, financial reporting, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining technical excellence with strategic insight, helping organizations navigate complexity and achieve sustainable growth.

In his role at Crowe BGK, Aaron will provide executive leadership across the firm's assurance practice, professional standards, quality management, innovation initiatives, and artificial intelligence strategy. His leadership will support the continued evolution of the firm's service offerings while enhancing audit quality, operational excellence, and the client experience through responsible innovation.

Prior to joining Crowe BGK, Aaron spent more than two decades with international accounting firms, including nearly 15 years as a partner at a Big Four firm, where he held several senior leadership roles and advised organizations across a broad range of industries. He also brings extensive governance experience through his service on numerous corporate, public sector, education, healthcare, and not-for-profit boards and committees.
