Montreal | Ottawa (July 1, 2026) - Crowe BGK is pleased to announce the admission of Aaron Patrick Belcher, Sergio Di Marco, Jean-François Senécal and Jennifer Warner to the partnership, effective July 1, 2026.

Together with the admission of Alex Gamaletsos earlier this year, these appointments expand Crowe BGK’s Tax Partner group from three to eight partners, making a significant investment in the future of one of the firm’s fastest-growing practices.

Aaron Patrick Belcher, CPA, LL.M. Tax, TEP 

Joined Crowe BGK in 2018 and advises clients across a variety of industries, including service, real estate, technology, and video gaming. His practice includes tax due diligence, consulting, corporate reorganizations, income tax compliance, and assistance with government tax audits.
Sergio Di Marco

Sergio Di Marco, CPA, D. Fisc. 

Joined Crowe BGK in 2012 and brings more than 20 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and government tax audits. He advises clients across diverse industries, including real estate, technology, and professional services, and is recognized for his practical approach to resolving complex tax matters and disputes.
Jean-François Senécal

Jean-François Senécal, LL.B., D. Tax 

Joined Crowe BGK in 2007 and leads the firm’s Indirect Tax department. He specializes in GST/HST, QST, other provincial sales taxes, international taxation, compliance, and global mobility services, helping enterprises manage complex cross-border tax and workforce matters.

Jennifer Warner, LL.B., LL.M Tax 

Joined Crowe BGK in 2012 and is a lawyer and tax specialist with expertise in cross-border and international tax, corporate tax, and estate planning. She works with a wide range of clients to develop tailored tax solutions aligned with both short-term needs and long-term objectives.
