From Pilot to Firmwide Expansion
Crowe BGK launched the AI Launchpad in partnership with Crowe LLP, with the goal of building practical, responsible AI capability across the firm. Designed and led by Crowe LLP’s Crowe Studio team, the program was tailored specifically to Crowe BGK’s workflows, service lines, and professional standards. The program emphasized real workflows rather than theoretical concepts, helping participants understand where AI can enhance analysis, drafting, research, and internal processes while preserving professional standards.
The initiative began with a September 2025 pilot involving approximately 30 Crowe BGK employees and 20 partners. Engagement was strong, with participants quickly applying what they learned and sharing early use cases across their teams. To support adoption beyond the sessions, Crowe BGK appointed seven employees as AI Champions, helping to drive adoption, share practical use cases, and support their teams, and three partners as Executive Sponsors to provide leadership alignment and strategic oversight.
Based on the success of the pilot, Crowe BGK’s Management Committee approved a firmwide expansion of the Launchpad. The expansion was held over three days, from December 8-10, 2025, and brought together employees from across Crowe BGK offices and service lines. The sessions focused on integrating ChatGPT Enterprise into day-to-day work in a consistent, secure, and responsible way, establishing a shared baseline for how AI fits into the firm’s operations.
