Throughout her career, Valérie has worked primarily with agile, mid-sized organizations across the legal, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors. As a human resources generalist, she has developed expertise in compensation and benefits, coaching, process improvement, and HRIS implementation. Her broad experience enables her to design and implement practical people strategies that align with business objectives while fostering a strong and positive workplace culture.
