Sissy Duong

Sissy Duong, CPA Auditor, is a Senior Manager at Crowe BGK with more than a decade of experience in audit, financial reporting, and tax. She began her career at a mid-sized accounting firm, where she advanced to Manager and provided full-cycle audit, review, compilation, and tax services to clients in manufacturing, aerospace, real estate, investment, and professional services sectors.

She later transitioned to industry as Director of Financial Reporting and Controller for a national insurance brokerage, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and board-level presentations. Sissy also serves as Treasurer for O3 On Our Own, a not-for-profit organization supporting young parents, where she strengthened internal controls and financial governance.
