Rowan Brown

Rowan Brown began his career at Crowe BGK in 2021 and has since evolved at the firm, becoming IT Service Manager. Rowan specializes in software support, data privacy, incident management, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure support within a professional services environment.

In addition, he oversees the firm’s relationship with its Managed Service Provider (MSP), monitors service performance against SLAs and coordinates on-site IT resources to ensure reliable and responsive technological support.

Rowan brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach to the team, focused on continuous improvement, structured problem resolution, and enhancing the overall user experience across the firm.
