Rita Maalouf

Rita Maalouf, CPA Auditor, is a Senior Manager in Crowe BGK’s Professional Practice Group, where she plays a leadership role in advancing the firm’s assurance transformation agenda by enhancing audit quality, modernizing audit methodology and platforms, and elevating technical excellence across engagement teams. She brings more than 10 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and external audit, with deep expertise in professional standards and complex assurance matters.

Prior to joining Crowe BGK, Rita spent eight years at a Big 4 firm, where she led audit engagements for public and private organizations. She has extensive experience with Canadian, U.S., and international auditing standards, including engagements involving SOX and ICFR requirements. Throughout her career, she has advised clients and engagement teams on complex accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
