Puneet Mehta

Puneet Mehta, CPA, has extensive experience in assurance, consulting, and tax services for large, medium, and small businesses. His clients rely on him for guidance on tax matters, financing issues, business acquisitions and general business decisions. In addition, he specializes in the particular needs of high-net-worth entrepreneurs.

He began his career with an international auditing firm in 1981, then moved to a large regional firm before establishing an independent accounting practice in 1990. He managed the practice until its merger with Crowe BGK on October 1, 2022.

Puneet's experience has given him invaluable insights into the entrepreneurial experience and his career has centered principally on owner-managed enterprises. Puneet provides thoughtful, comprehensive, and creative solutions for the myriad challenges faced by his clients and his knowledge of family businesses and succession arrangements, coupled with his expertise in tax matters, makes his advice highly sought after for estate planning and inter-generational transitions.

In addition to his professional practice, Puneet also organizes regular informal meetings with a group of CPAs from small, medium-sized, and national CPA firms to discuss new accounting and assurance standards, best practices and discussions of complex issues encountered by members.
