Michael Ugolini

Michael Ugolini, CPA Auditor, is a Senior Manager at Crowe BGK, responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of assurance and taxation mandates. Since joining the firm after completing his studies at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, Michael has developed into a strong Crowe BGK professional with hands-on experience across audit, review, compilation, and corporate tax engagements.

Michael specializes in assurance engagements and financial reporting under both ASPE and IFRS, bringing a practical and detail-oriented approach to audit execution. His experience serving clients in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, real estate, and software development is directly relevant to Muraflex’s operations and reporting environment.

As Senior Manager, Michael will support the day-to-day management of the engagement, including audit planning, coordination with management, supervision of fieldwork, review of key audit areas, and timely follow-up on open items. His role will be particularly important in maintaining momentum throughout the audit, supporting clear communication, and helping ensure significant matters are addressed early and efficiently.
