Maxime Banzet

Maxime Banzet is a Manager within Crowe BGK’s Advisory Services team, specializing in transaction advisory and M&A mandates. He supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing financial, strategic, and analytical insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
 
Prior to joining Crowe BGK, Maxime worked in Paris within the transaction advisory practice of a leading international firm, as well as in the investment team of a private equity company. Through these roles, he gained hands-on experience across the financial, strategic, and legal dimensions of acquisitions and divestitures.
 
He has been involved in numerous transactions across Europe, the United States, and Canada, serving clients in a wide range of industries including construction, energy, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and food. His international exposure and multidisciplinary background enable him to bring a well-rounded and pragmatic perspective to complex transactions.
