Clifford Herer, CPA auditor has over 37 years of experience in assisting clients navigate through the complex and rapidly evolving business challenges they face. He has extensive experience assisting businesses with obtaining and optimizing short and long-term financing, strategic planning, tax strategies, managing growth, intergenerational transition challenges, choose investment financial advisors, and managing their business acquisitions and divestitures opportunities. Clifford is at home assisting with shareholder agreements, employee compensation structures, mediating shareholder disputes and negotiating sound business contracts.

Offering out of the box solutions to business as challenges occur, Clifford is quick to assess a client’s needs and is creative in coming up with practical and innovate solutions to most every challenge that can confront a business owner.

Clifford merged his accounting firm with Crowe BGK in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of experience dealing with medium sized owner managed businesses. Clifford started his career in 1983 and was admitted to partnership of a well known mid-sized accounting firm at the age of 30. He later went on to become a founding member of the accounting firm Klumak Herer McCrann LLP.

Clifford’s entrepreneurial instinct has permitted him to become an integral part of his client’s managerial team. Whether a company is small, medium, or large, his clients have learned to rely on his input when dealing with the day to day, mid and long-term challenges that they face. · He learned early in his career that companies that fail to plan, end up planning to fail. He is thoroughly comfortable working with his clients to prepare short- and long-term business plans including monthly, yearly, and multi-yearly financial projections.
