Aaron J. Noga, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Assurance Leader at Crowe BGK, where he provides executive leadership across the firm’s assurance practice, professional standards, quality management, artificial intelligence strategy, innovation, and business transformation.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Aaron advises private companies, family-owned enterprises, boards, and senior executives on assurance, governance, risk, financial reporting, organizational change, and strategic decision-making. He is recognized for combining technical expertise, commercial judgment, and a strong governance perspective to help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen accountability, and execute change effectively.
Aaron plays a leading role in Crowe BGK’s adoption of artificial intelligence and technology-enabled transformation. His work extends beyond automation to the redesign of processes, operating models, talent strategies, and service delivery. He is focused on how AI can enhance audit quality, professional judgment, productivity, decision-making, and the client experience while maintaining appropriate oversight, ethical standards, and accountability.
A key area of Aaron’s work is helping organizations govern transformation responsibly. He brings a board-level perspective to technology adoption, including the importance of clear ownership, risk management, change leadership, data governance, workforce readiness, and effective challenge by management and boards.
Before joining Crowe BGK, Aaron spent more than two decades with international accounting firms, including almost 15 years as a partner at a Big Four global professional services firm. He held senior leadership roles, including Private Audit Leader at one of the Big Four accounting firms, and advised organizations across a broad range of industries on assurance, governance, risk, growth, and transformation.
Aaron also brings extensive board and committee experience across the public, business, education, health, and not-for-profit sectors. His current and past service includes Obesity Canada, the Calgary Police Commission, the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Clear Water Academy, Kindred Connections Society, and the Calgary Public Library.
Aaron is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant in Alberta and Ontario.
