The Crowe Foundation

The Crowe Foundation

At Crowe, our deep commitment to supporting the causes that matter most to our people and communities and our dedication to building a more inclusive world extend far beyond our office walls and business policies. It reflects our core purpose and our values of care, trust, courage, and stewardship.

The Crowe Foundation empowers our people through purpose-driven service

By championing the causes that ignite our people’s passions and offering concrete support to serve in our communities, we live out our shared purpose and values.

At Crowe, it’s vital that our impact reaches far beyond our firm to the places we live, work, and play. That impact, rooted in The Crowe Way and guided by our values, comes to life through the Crowe Foundation. Since 2006, the foundation has been more than a charitable arm of Crowe LLP. It has been a catalyst for supporting the causes closest to our people’s hearts by aligning generosity with passion, amplifying the volunteer spirit of our team members, and creating lasting change in the communities we serve.

Our causes foster meaning and belonging for all through shared service

Working together with our people, our clients, and our communities, the Crowe Foundation focuses on three areas in which our people’s passion is driving lasting change: fighting hunger, advancing education, and supporting mental health. We bring these commitments to life in a variety of powerful ways, including our annual Crowe Cares Day and other volunteer initiatives, which help us spotlight urgent needs and mobilize collective action.

Confronting food insecurity by fighting hunger

Helping to put enough on every table

At Crowe, we care about the families that make up our communities, and we firmly believe no family should go without meals. That’s why we are dedicated to confronting food insecurity, and thousands of our people volunteer at organizations such as Feeding America, food banks, Meals on Wheels, and other local initiatives. Many of our people also serve on not-for-profit boards that advance hunger relief and take ownership to help combat food insecurity in their own communities.

Opening doors through advancing education

Empowering the next generation to thrive

Leaning into our value of stewardship, we open doors to economic and career opportunities by supporting a variety of organizations, including Junior Achievement. We also invest in the next generation of diverse leaders through endowments at various universities. Nurturing the education of these students significantly affects their lives by helping them achieve their dreams and providing essential resources for success.

Fostering well-being by supporting mental health

Building stronger, more connected communities

At Crowe, mental health is health, and we honor our values by helping foster resilience and well-being in both our people and our communities. Our involvement with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) has made a significant impact on both employees and the broader community by raising awareness, providing resources, and strengthening communities through encouraging public participation and support and amplifying AFSP’s mission.

Strengthening communities alongside our clients

Together with our clients, we’re turning shared purpose into action. Through the Crowe Foundation’s client-aligned giving and shared service experiences, we’re multiplying the good we can do by combining compassion, expertise, and resources to create lasting community impact.
