Rachael is the chief inclusion and impact officer at Crowe, where she leads the firm’s DE&I efforts and community and philanthropic initiatives, including the Crowe Foundation. In her role, Rachael is devoted to advancing, elevating, and promoting the firm’s values and culture to drive impact inside and outside the walls of Crowe.

Rachael collaborates with teams across Crowe and oversees several of the firm’s internal and external investments, programs, and partnerships, which are focused on attracting and retaining diverse talent as well as strengthening the communities where our people live, work, and play.

A data-driven leader, Rachael ensures that the firm’s inclusion and impact efforts are tightly connected to business priorities while reflecting the firm’s values and culture. Rachael is frequently called on to speak on topics such as leadership development, equity in the workplace, and managing change in a diverse workforce. Prior to joining Crowe, Rachael served as a management consultant for more than 15 years, advising on issues related to DE&I, strategy, change management, leadership development, and program evaluation.
