Rachael is the chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Crowe, where she sets the firm’s DE&I strategy and oversees all related internal and external investments, programs, and partnerships, including its relationship with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), and its efforts to attract and retain diverse talent.

Rachael is a data-driven leader, committed to ensuring that DE&I is tightly connected to Crowe business priorities and deeply woven into the fabric of its culture. Rachael is frequently called on to speak on topics such as leadership development, equity in the workplace, and managing change in a diverse workforce.

Prior to joining Crowe, Rachael served as a management consultant for more than 15 years, advising on issues related to DE&I, strategy, change management, leadership development, and program evaluation.
