Katie Hamada is a principal and chief people officer at Crowe. She specializes in HR management and operations, strategic HR initiatives, and performance management. Katie has more than 16 years of experience in HR strategy and operations including talent acquisition; learning and development; performance management; rewards, recognition, and well-being; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. An HR transformation leader, she is focused on modernizing HR processes, technologies, and organizational structures to improve the employee experience and enable business growth.
