I joined the Crowe Financial Planning Team in 2016, bringing with me a strong foundation in the Financial Services industry. I initially joined as a Paraplanner and progressed to leading and then managing the team. I now serve as Head of Paraplanning, overseeing a team of 12, including a sub-team of five.

Over the course of my career with Crowe, I’ve seen the team grow significantly. I’m proud to have played a key role in its development and to have contributed to the changes that have shaped the team into what it is today.

Tell me about your role?
As Head of Paraplanning, I lead a team of 12, overseeing technical support, ensuring quality and compliance in client reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic projects across the Financial Planning function.
What is important to me when delivering client service?

Attention to detail and clear communication are very important. Having a thorough understanding of the client’s circumstances, needs and objectives is essential.

Working closely with the Consultant and Client Support team is crucial to ensure the smooth implementation of the recommendations.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The mixture of paraplanning and managing the team. My team feel like family and I get a huge sense of pride at their achievements.

Our compliance record is impeccable and the quality of service my team provides is exceptional.
