The mission of CAN is to create an environment at Crowe where people have an awareness of neurodiversity and wider disabilities – we have open discussions, and we provide opportunities enabling people of all abilities to reach their full potential.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities is held on 3 December (IDPD) – a United Nations initiative launched back in 1992 with the aims to promote the rights and wellbeing of disabled people across society and raise awareness of disability in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
Crowe raised over £5,500 for the chosen charity, Down Syndrome UK, in support of one of our key initiatives, "Positive About Down Syndrome," we are proud to support Purple Sock Day again for IDPD.
